working with eu eit team to produce their barcelona event at the world trade centre

After a recommendation, we were brought in as local experts to work with the EIT Manufacturing team to plan and produce their Barcelona conference for around 200 delegates. These attendees had travelled from all across the EU for this one off 1.5 day event, to project share and collaborate between hubs.

We were tasked with creating the event layout, managing all on the ground logistics with local suppliers, venue liaison and managing the registration across both days. We also planned their inter group breakout sessions, coordinating who should attend each, what content would be featured and at which times in different meeting rooms across the venue.

This involved a number of interactive sessions and project presentations which we advised on best solutions for, as well as being on-hand for the execution of everything.
