When the devastating COVID19 outbreak hit the world, many events had to quickly change tact to pivot towards a virtual offering.

We were brought in by Prohibition Partners LIVE to transform their London Southbank Centre event into an all singing, all dancing (not literally) 3-day online conference for 4,000 delegates.

Across 5 virtual stages, we worked tirelessly to find, recruit & onboard over 150 CEO level business speakers to sit across the 60 panel sessions, building systems and processes on the way to deliver accurate updates, progress tracking & a swift onboarding capability.

The Speaker list was impressive, including global celebrities such as Kelis, government representatives such as Crispin Blunt MP and Piernicola Pedicini MEP, influencers such as CJ Wallace & business leaders from major VC investment companies.
